Ashley Ruth Truitt, known as ART, seeks solace and inspiration in artistic expression. With heightened sensitivity, she processes the world's emotions through art, navigating life's spectrum of experiences. A survivor of SA, losses, and near-death encounters, Ashley chooses light, joy, creativity, and freedom as her weapons against the darkness.
Marie Gervacio, known as the gutsy-artsy grandma, got gutsy with her art when she bravely started selling her art and gifting 100% for humanitarian aid in Ukraine. Though she always knew the saying from St Francis of Assisi, "It is in giving, that we recieve," she could have never imagined the wonderful rebound effect for her in creating and sharing joy and inspiration. Her hope is to continue her mission of philanthropic art and inspiring others to create joy in their lives as well.
A former paramedic and surgical specialist in tissue and organ procurement for transplant, Jo has an intimate knowledge of anatomy and a familiarity with death. What was once a therapeutic creative escape from a stressful job has now become a full-time career. Jo specializes in the art of pyrography (freehand woodburning using a heat-controlled, wire-tipped instrument).
Kiaya owns DIY Craft and Thrift, a creative reuse shop which also resides at 46 N Main St in Concord, NH! Blessed with a not-insignificant amount of ADHD, she puzzles through donations of art supplies looking for proverbial (and even sometimes actual) gold. She is a jack of all crafting trades, and if she can't do it, she knows someone who can. When she's not in the back room, she is outside reenacting medieval history with the Society for Creative Anachronism, making more art, albeit of a very niche kind.
It all began with dark humor fueled by trauma. As a small business owner, I confuse all by not showing my face and laughing at myself on a regular basis. My approach is rooted in sass, dark humor, and the occult, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to healing in whatever way works best for you. My name is Dani (I go by Squirrel usually) and I am a single mom of four teens. I am a disabled creator and the survivor of domestic violence. I founded Interior Aggression when I realized that others healed their trauma in similar ways to me, with laughter and some extra sass.
